PAPTrack

CPAP supply tracker for iOS

Effective August 31, 2026

PAPTrack is built to work entirely on your device. This page explains exactly what data exists, where it goes, and who can see it.

What Data PAPTrack Stores

The only data PAPTrack collects is what you type in: the names of your CPAP supplies, notes, stock counts, clean/replace dates, and — all optional — a supplier name, a reorder link and what an item costs. There's no account, profile, or usage tracking required to use the app.

Where That Data Lives

On your device (always). Your supply list is stored locally on your iPhone. This is the only copy that exists if you never touch the two optional sync features below.

iCloud (on by default, if you're signed into iCloud). PAPTrack mirrors your list through Apple's NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore so it stays in sync across your own iPhones and iPads. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account under Apple's own privacy terms — PAPTrack's developer never sees it. Signing out of iCloud on the device stops the syncing.

Google sign-in / Firestore (optional, off until you choose it). If you tap "Sign in" in Settings, PAPTrack sends your supply list, your Google account email, and display name to a Firebase/Firestore database operated by the developer, so the same list can appear in the companion web app. This only happens if you sign in — the app never does this on its own.

Notifications

Reminders (cleaning digests, replacement alerts, reorder alerts) are scheduled entirely on your device using Apple's local notification system. No notification content is sent to any server.

What PAPTrack Does Not Do

Your Choices

You can delete any item from within the app at any time. Deleting the app removes the on-device copy. If iCloud sync was on, a copy may remain in your personal iCloud account — where only you and Apple can reach it — and may reappear if you reinstall the app; signing out of iCloud stops any further syncing. If you've signed in with Google, you can sign out from Settings at any time to stop future syncing; to have your previously-synced data deleted from the developer's Firestore database, email eagleadams86@gmail.com and it will be removed.

Children's Privacy

PAPTrack is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
