What to Include

The schedule, what is due and how many spares are on hand always ride — they are what the link is for. These three do not, unless you say so.

Your Link

This is a snapshot, frozen as it looks right now — anything you log later won't appear, so send a fresh link when the dates move. There is no way to withdraw one once sent, and whoever holds it can read everything inside it, so treat it like emailing a spreadsheet.
